I was in a extremely bad stressful situation with the main dealer and the staff helped me in a great way and advised me greatly on what I need to do and how to do it if it wasn't for Bruce and Lisa especially I would have been lost. There was another gentlemen that was a great help but I never learnt his name they all are fabulous.

We had my son’s car serviced. The booking service was very professional. Whilst being serviced there was an issue and we had a debate about the cost but Lisa, the manager, was very amenable and we agreed a reasonable compromise. Overall very good service and I was judge a business on its ability to deal problems, which they did very well.
Cannot recommend Eco Test more highly from booking the service to collection of the vehicle I was kept updated and informed. Good value for money and the best customer service !!

Lighting & Visibility – Front and rear lights, windscreen, wipers, exterior mirrors and registration plate.
Steering, Drive & Suspension – Car joints, gaiters, wheel barriers, road springs, and front and rear shock absorbers.
Vehicle Interior – Seat belts, horn, hazard lighting, vehicle controls and driver displays. The pollen (cabin) filter is replaced.
Braking – Each brake component will be inspected and measured. If it’s required, we’ll also dismantle your brakes and clean them for you.
Under Bonnet – We carry out an in-depth visual health check with relevant service greasing and adjustments. The oil filter and air filters are removed and renewed.
Under Vehicle – Under trays removed and checked. Engine oil drained. Transmission and fuel lines inspected for leaks. And, we’ll replace the sump plug if necessary.
Tyre Inspection – We inspect your wheels and tyres – including pressure and tread – to make sure they’re optimal. And, where necessary, we’ll check your spare wheel or inflation kit too.
Final Checks – Brake fluid and antifreeze are checked, and your engine is filled with fresh Shell specific oil for your vehicle. Your service history is updated and relevant service lights are reset.
