Bruce has been excellent, the advise he gave me for my car being in a very dangerous condition and the fact they wouldnt start work until it had gone back to manufacturer, was just amazing . He cares about the safety of his customers 1st ..you do not find any one else like that the receptionist was so bubbly and friendly also .. thank you guys be back soon 😍

Hands down the best garage I have been to. They may be on the pricier side but I do think it is well worth it given the quality of the parts they use and the quality of their customer service.

They provide a very clear breakdown of what needs to be done to the car, they give you the freedom to make the choices that you want whilst still giving their professional advice.

Had my car serviced recently with them and they were amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The team were so quick and efficient with my car and extremely happy with the quality of work. I was in a extremely bad stressful situation with the main dealer and the staff helped me in a great way and advised me greatly on what I need to do and how to do it if it wasn't for Bruce and Lisa especially I would have been lost. There was another gentlemen that was a great help but I never learnt his name they all are fabulous.

Outstanding customer care. I was kept up to date at all stages of my cars servicing by friendly approachable staff. My first time at Ecotest and I’ll certainly be using them again.

The only place I get my MOT for 10 years. I had a full service last year & was impressed. I drive 35-45 minutes to get here because I’m so happy with them.

We had my son’s car serviced. The booking service was very professional. Whilst being serviced there was an issue and we had a debate about the cost but Lisa, the manager, was very amenable and we agreed a reasonable compromise. Overall very good service and I was judge a business on its ability to deal problems, which they did very well.

Cannot recommend Eco Test more highly from booking the service to collection of the vehicle I was kept updated and informed. Good value for money and the best customer service !!
